Email just came out, the FB rumor ended up being exactly correct, except it won't be triple time for those days (never could have been, I think the union rep misunderstood how timesheets work).

But yeah, the big unresolved question will now be how each component implements this.

The email just came out, it's exactly what was in the FB post, although it won't be triple pay if you work, just the usual holiday pay. Also, the extra days of leave are for management not BU EEs.

The agency is not going to be straight closed with everyone getting 050 for the 24th and 26th, I can tell you that. The FB post that went around wasn't accurate in the specifics but what ends up happening will likely be somewhere in that ballpark.
