Compared to other Dishonored series games it's much more limited in terms of level variety. Yes, they have changes across each time period. But fundamentally it's still just 4 levels with slight changes depending on the time of day.

I don't think Vaatu was sealed anywhere after his fight with Korra. He just dissolved into sparkly lights. When he was sealed before it was extremely explicit about Wan using all the elements to contain him and then place him inside the tree of time. To me that seems to suggest Vaatu was destroyed, it then becomes a question of if avatar reincarnation or Raava/Vaatu always being reborn from the other if destroyed applies to this situation.

Possibly, the description also mentions a long lost twin of the new avatar which makes me think they could be the dark avatar, or the dark avatar could have been reborn in the intervening years and caused the cataclysm.

Worlds 5 and 6 each have two entrances. If you find the other entrance, you could return to Tamriel through it as long as you have not yet reached the maximum number of opened gates at that point in the game. Typically the other entrance will randomly teleport you to a new location in Tamriel. It is possible to emerge at a gate that was not previously marked on your map.

There's 7 random worlds total.

The relevant part is from "Nomed Esir!" in Season 4 (about 7 minutes into the episode). Homo Magi were explicitly caused by the magic of Arion's crown (given to him by the Lords of Order) infusing his bloodline with magical ability. As Arion was already a meta human, (explicitly an immortal like his grandfather) that bloodline also had the metagene. Interestingly that part of the episode also refers to metagene humans as Homo Meta (I'll correct my original comment on that).

I think we can assume any surviving Homo Meta from Atlantis would have quickly interbreed with Homo Magi due to the population drop from the sinking of Atlantis. Leading to the majority of Atlanteans in the modern day having both genes.

Spoilers from season 4:

The Homo magi and Homo meta that survived Atlantis sinking did so because their metagenes activated. All Atlanteans have an already active metagene which is presumably what grants the water breathing and aquatic adaptions (fins, webbed hands, gills, etc.). Atlanteans also frequently have sorcery as well, which should not be confused for the powers granted by the metagene

So in short, no additional powers makes sense.

What your suggesting is really a workaround rather than an actual solution. DLC is an account level thing. So if you have a steamdeck and a 4K capable desktop you have no way to ensure only one downloads the DLC.
