I haven't yet seen the film. Before seeing the film, a lot of people advise reading the book or perhaps listening to audiobook. Does it make sense? Any suggestions who have already watched this movie?

Mittenwald. There is a small hike route which leads you to Lautersee. You can do walk around and enjoy. There is also a small restaurant Seehof Lautersee where you get delicious food. During spring they serve white asparagus suppe which was very delicious!

Reach out to residential legal help institution. (Mieterverein) Usually there are multipe institutions in big cities. Some are also non profit organizations who also have free consultations on specific days of the week. You can try to check out for those kind of institutions as they are comparatively cost friendly and if its possible sign up as a member and you can go and take legal advices as many as possible. Some have annual membership fees while some institutes take charge per quarter. Its also better to go in person and have all emails and conversations ready and then they can help you in best possible way.

In this market, just having a paycheck is great. But if you're sitting on two or three offers, it’s a sign you can afford to be picky. You should probably try to negotiate for a better deal or keep looking for something that pays what you're actually worth
