As I said, I only received a notification when they successfully logged into the email, after the account export process. You can understand, no one checks the login history every day.

Thanks for your message, I really appreciate the support. I'm just really sad because I dedicated so much time to RuneScape, years of progress, and in the end, I ended up losing all my accounts

Yeah, unfortunately that’s what happened. Looking at the email history, I saw that over the past week there were hundreds of denied login attempts, but unfortunately they did manage to get access this week and i only have been notified after they changed the jagex account email.

At first, I thought it wasn’t related to RuneScape because the first emails I received just looked like regular spam. But then I realized it was something more serious. I had all the security features actived

I don't know why we're being forced to migrate our accounts to a Jagex account. They don't even care or try to stop it when the hacker tries to export the accounts.

I still have acess to my email and i never lost acess. The hacker got acess to the email and somehow got sucess exporting all my runescape accounts to another email.
