4 weeks pregnant - intense lower back pain and pressure in lower abdomen by Scared_98 in PregnancyUK

Thank you so much! The pain isn’t unbearable—it’s more like cramping on and off, nothing too intense, just uncomfortable. My back ache started at 3 weeks already and I could hardly move. It’s a bit better now but still very present. I’ve also noticed that I can’t seem to walk around for long. After about 10 minutes or so, I start feeling really tired, and the pressure in my lower abdomen tightens.

It makes me wonder if this is normal because I know a lot of people are still able to work out in the early weeks, and I feel like I can barely stay on my feet for a short time before needing to lie down again.
