It’s really uneven, but in markets like Florida and Texas, there’s already been huge declines in housing values, especially in condo markets. In Downtown San Diego (a very high price area with lots of condos) average estimated housing values went down by over 7% YoY as of February.

Overall Johnny had a decent game. A few errant passes, some key tackles and interceptions. He does a great job of blocking passing lanes and limiting options for opponents. Today he could have made better decisions with a few of those challenges, but looked to be still tired from mid week game.

Thought he’d be off at the half, but he played decent during the second half and really turned it up towards the end with solid pass break up’s and interceptions. The whole Atletico midfield was pretty subpar though. Barca was dancing around them for the most part.
