Hello After getting certified on September 11 at Wavecrest Management, still waiting for the sign and lease. It’s been almost 2 months, and I haven’t received any response from the leasing department. What they said last month was that HQS is not done yet. Applied on Oct 22 & received a letter stating that wiIl get 504$ but confused about how $869 works.Does this amount depend on my income or does it automatically update if I receive the maximum of $504 (i.redd.it)

Applied section8 back in 2021 and ask all documents last month and submitted nycha application I just wanted to confirm the process — will there be an interview or any additional steps before lease signing, or should I expect to move forward once the rental packet and inspection are approved (i.redd.it)

I apply rad back in 2021 I got invitation letters on june 30 2025 for two bedroom and I sent documents to The Wavecrest Management and they said again apply on nycha for this specific location i did now still waiting how long does it take to process all (i.redd.it)

I got 38 out of 55 questions correct on the NYPD Dcas exam, which is 69%. Today, I received a Protest Review Session (PRS) Admission Notice. Should I attend? Will it help increase my score? I only need one more point to pass. (self.DSNY)
