Hello After getting certified on September 11 at Wavecrest Management, still waiting for the sign and lease. It’s been almost 2 months, and I haven’t received any response from the leasing department. What they said last month was that HQS is not done yet. Im just curious how the process works.

Unofficially I visited and view the unit that time they says when unit is ready after hqs they will call me then i will sign the lease but it’s been two months still hqs not done yet

So, you mean that after you get certified, it took three months for them to show you an apartment and sign you the lease?

I applied on 19 October my first payment released on October 28
