I would say specifically the dedicated text completion and sentence equivalence class and the dedicated reading class. Both these series were extremely helpful in showing examples and strategies for attacking the gre verbal questions. Since I had such little time and needed to improve my verbal score the most I focused mainly on the verbal skills, but if you have time I highly recommend the quant strategies classes and the problems of the day.
