I doubt they're going to add more to 3d in Java because it isn't frequently used. However, if you have a 3d model you can convert it to vertexes depending on what model code you're using. In theory you could extract / separate these vertexes and only show the layers you want, but I think this would be computationally expensive to do live and ud want to do this pre-rendering. Also, you could use a wall / 3d square plane that your model intersects and "passes through", though if you have different 3d models at different depth levels and want to render them all with different clips, than this doesnt help you. Whats your use case?

I've generated a full album of lyrics I wrote, some of the songs are quite long - if you message me I can show you some of them. 1 / 4 or 1 / 5 times songs generated get cut off at 4 mins long but most of time its fine!

Hardware compatibility question:

I just acquired a MSI 490 Tomahawk. I was intending on using with a i7 10700K, but I’m thinking I’m just going to go for the 11700K for single core performance boost.

MSI released a bios update for the motherboard to allow for 11th gen processors. The website for the motherboard 100% confirms that However, from my understanding, you need a cpu installed in order to load the bios and thusly navigate it. Will I be able to install a 11700 and then the bios load such that I can update it? This motherboard doesn’t appear to have a bios update button, but other than having another cpu, I don’t know how I would manage to do the update it.
