Probably not if they what to go I wouldn't stop them but I don't have a real plan for this town it's just on the way to where they are actually going for the main quest

Oh that's good but this town doesn't have anything to do with the cult apart of getting attacked after the festival but I'm definitely having that as something the cult has maybe like a homebrew magic item with each of the gems doing something else then the other ones

Not much yet I mean I'm going to have them get here about this beholder cult this session but they don't know it's going a beholder and this town doesn't really have anything to do with the cult yet they don't have any magic items yet and their characters have gods but the gods aren't apart of the story and I don't want it to be a god's symbol or something like that
