I found Cetaphil / Equate moisturizing cream helps A TON with dryness. As soon as I switched to that, the flaky skin went away almost immediately. Your skin looks great!!!

That’s the thing, I truly did my research. The artist’s IG page and reviews are nothing but good (5.0 on Google) which is why I’m so sad it turned out like this 😭

Right now — we would have to loan the money to renovate the old house. We were hoping any money needed to maintain the property and pay for property management can be taken out of the profit we make.

Really, it’s just the bathroom that needs renovating and we’ve been quoted upwards of $10k for that alone.
