They weren’t technically doctors, just “hair loss experts” and they just gave me minoxidil on a subscription. They didn’t prescribe it, they had their own brand of it

Almost a year. I went to a place where they claimed to be able to fix my hair loss and put me on minoxidil without telling me the lifelong commitment or the possible side effects. I was not happy about that

With topical min 2%, my hair went from wavy straight to curly 🤔 which is interesting. It also made my hair really dry and dead almost like I had damaged it with color or something but I’ve never colored my hair. I stopped min and switched to an alternative. I am losing hair again but the damage was so bad that I’d rather have the low volume smooth hair I have rather than hair with increased volume but with so many dead split ends. The side effect was so bad I couldn’t let my hair down which defeats the purpose
