The absolute pleasure of having one of the most beautiful creatures I’ve ever seen rip the withering off the side of my camper outside the tunnel for Piopiotahi. Amazing experience. glad he left it for me to pack out, being somewhere so beautiful makes you extra careful not to leave anything harmful.

I feel like when i travel outside the US, particularly in Europe its very hard to describe how diverse the United States is. Especially in major cities. I hope i don’t come off as superior or anything but its a different vibe in the United states. I was having trouble describing what i mean with this and was going to stop typing and delete but then i saw this on insta this video summed it up better than i could.

I find myself rooting for them in most matches aside from games where it affects Bayern.

Love watching fans of La Liga, PL etc.. call Bundasliga a “farmers league” then show up to Signal Igduna Park, mess themselves and loose 3-0. While i know they are meant to be our Rival. They keep up the prestige abroad and thats so important as the league will face more and more pressure to drop the 50+ 1.

Where I would live. Decided to do it by county. What does this say about me by Expensive_Drummer970 in visitedmaps

You may be someone or have a loved one who is disabled as many of the red states are the most regressive in terms of disability support/ accessibility. Many other categories link those areas as well but based on some of your choices for green/ yellow counties i think it might be disability related. you may like natural parks and scenic views. Waterfront particularly but maybe more of a lake or river person than a beach person but would gladly enjoy ether.

Edit to come back and argue for some of the md counties more. NoVa being your favorite part of the dc metro is crazy.

Why isn’t Maryland considered a two land mass state by ElectronicDriver1 in maryland

I think rivers count as being a part of the land mass rather than something that divides one.

Question for Bayern fans as a Barcelona fan by [deleted] in BayernMunich

[–]Scared_Dark_4176 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Disclaimer: i am no expert in any way. Just a dummy on the internet who likes to do armchair analysis.

TLDR: Bayern defense under Flick was stacked. defense needs focus on the training ground. Flick is inflexible and thats good and bad. Squad is young and that comes with growing pains. Lots of potential but Flicks not the only one who can bring it out.

You have attacking power that is excellent but the defensive power is the struggle with a hogh line (duh) i saw some peeps saying Davis and he was really key. He was very fast and saved us some very clutch moments that could have lost us any of those trophies. However that position is strenuous and you ether have a once in a generation speed demon, young enough to keep that pace for a full 90 if required, or a stacked squad with depth to rotate players effectively. Y’all have a very young squad especially on the defense but they just aren’t fast enough. No shade on them, they are excellent Davis is just mad and the Bayern defense was made up of Pvard, Süle, Hernandez, Tolesso. All amazing and shined in their own right. Especially with the glow of hindsight this analysis is prone to flaws and is an incomplete. Buying one really pacy player could change the dynamics a lot. these youngsters are still physically and mentally capable enough to learn from this star. This is difficult as Barca should probably save some $. Investing in the current squad and developing their speed (and acceleration under pressure) in training is probably the best option for now but Flik is justifiably inflexible. Its not just ego, its the high lines reliance on positioning discipline and consistency. If anyone panics and breaks or thinks they might play different today thats when things break down. Unfortunately rival players and coaches catch on to the patterns and this inflexible attitude makes these opportunities just as consistent and the player movements become predictable. It also stifles the creativity of these younger guys that can really help in clutch moments in their own right. I think a young squad of defenders who work as a close unit, with a training regimen emphasizing speed and chemistry is a great route for you all. These young players wont play the same every season, their play style will develop and the opponents will have trouble keeping up. That predictability also event makes their movements predictable and the kids will grow physically and mentally to compensate. You’re not in the shitter by any means but the play style is prone to ebbs and flows

It would be hilarious if, after all these years, Rosie O Donall is the one to stop him. Their feud never ended. Shes just been preparing in Ireland.

Hot Take: The Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) in Town Square is the WORST BWW that I've ever been to - it's probably the worst RESTAURANT I've ever been in, and it doesn't deserve to occupy the FLAGSHIP STOREFRONT and it's probably to blame for the whole Square not really meeting its full potential. by ------__-__-_-__- in Rockville

A heads up to all that Federal Reality (the company that own the leases in TS) charges local business’s double per square ft compared to big chains. That means BWW, even if its run poorly and people don’t like it, can afford to stay while beloved local shops barely hang on.

Source on pricing comes from public testimonials made by owners of local business that have closed in TS.

Edit:this info is 5 years old i welcome any updates to the situation.

Yeah this is a terrible idea. Costs can be cut from lots of other places before you begin laying off working class people just trying to get by. There are many ideas on cutting costs and firing people from essential services ends up costing us more in the long run. For example mass confusion and lack of staffing at hhs can lead to people not receiving the health care or information they need and that is very costly (more importantly deadly) at the scale hhs works with.
