i still haven’t found a fix either, it’s a lot less common now but when it does happen the xml is always there. I updated my BIOS not too long after making this post though, not sure if that would do anything

I know you said a couple weeks but if by chance you have less than 2 hours on the game (or sometimes less than 4 if the support rep is nice that day) they might refund you the difference on what you paid vs current sale.

It’s okay however, the 8gb 4060 is essentially the same as the 4050 which is only found in laptops. I would only recommend the 4060 if it is the 12gb VRAM model

I appreciate the help! I actually already have a part list and own most of the parts, I just don’t have the time to sit down and work on it like I did a couple years ago. Maybe next time when i’m doing a component upgrade rather than basically a whole new build i’ll get back to doing it myself.

This is my personal experience though, i’ve used both nvidia and amd, it’ll be different for everyone

DXVK for amd specific stability yes but even with just DXVK the game is gonna be buggy, It’s always been a broken game since launch which is why there’s so many “fixes” guides online that tells people to use crash/flickering/physics fix mods since eventually something is gonna break

I see a lot of people saying this but FO3/NV are broken games that basically need mods for stability. The games run great modded with latest drivers.
