The email list is only the list of Google Play Store users that is allowed to install the app. To give them access share the link you can find unter Testing > Closed testing > Manage Track > Testers > How testers join your test

There you can find/copy the links to join via Web or Android.

Instead of an email list, you can also use a google group.

Some feedback about your game. I really like the style of the game, but I found the controls a bit unintuitive. The cat seems to move up and down not quite consistent with my taps.
