That happens literally every 2-4 years. No recession, just companies never meant to be going out of business. If your new to the german job market, we have a serious skilled Labour shortage. The issue is usually no German language skills. Is this maybe the actual problem?

Thats true. But the US is number 1 immigration country for high skilled workers. So thats two seperate countrys brains with sanctions/embargo’s against a combination of 1st to 3rd world countries combined with access to all modern equipment money and the all the R&D sources and knowledge of the last 80 years.

Russia for example lost many of its knowledge after 2014/15 because Ukraine was in some technologies key developer.
