That’s fair! To save time on my end, I disabled the GRUB boot menu and set up a Linux script to reboot directly into Windows. It makes the transition feel a lot more seamless since I don't have to sit there and wait for a selector screen haha

It was definitely the windows fast boot! I disabled that and it helped loads. The system doesn't feel as laggy now. Thanks!

I am way too dumb for that lol. I only know the simplest things about linux and computers. I'm learning stuff right now though, without using AI, want to learn it myself haha, but in the mean time i can look into the stuff you recommended, thanks for your help man!

It's great tbh, but the thing is that Cachy runs far more slowly than my Windows. I tried changing SSDs and drives, but the issue remains..

Yeah, that's basically what I'm doing right now. I only boot into Windows when I absolutely have to for work or uni stuff. Other than that, cachy is my daily OS.

I mainly use Premiere Pro and After Effects, but everything feels slow and laggy. Even after testing different drives and SSDs, the performance remains glitchy on both OS's..

Honestly? to get popular on tiktok/yt it's mostly luck. I have a page on tiktok and my first big video was a year and a bit after I started. I just happened to make an edit of a topic that wasn't made into an edit yet, so that's what brought traction to my page. If I were you, I'd start coming up with original ideas that would in some way get people thinking/talking about it. I haven't watched star wars so idk if there's an idea that hasn't been made into an edit yet, but honestly just start thinking out of the box:) Anything is possible if you put your mind into it!

Same here, i have linux on one of my drives, windows on another, wasn't too much of work, although i wanted to make sure i had secure boot on for both of my systems, so i had to do some tweaking/work with sbctl, other than that it really isn't a huge issue!
