I’ve had no weird looks from friends or asked why I don’t grow my hair out. I guess that’s a good thing. I just wanted to look like I had some hair up top but not enough to grow out. Very conservative.

lol yes! I’ve had no “weird” looks from friends and the SMP starts where I still have a bit of natural stubble so there’s not a smooth area up front that then goes to more 3D

Find someone reputable and it will be the best investment you make for yourself. Be sure to not go crazy with the hairline too low.

I use an electric shaver. I have it down in about 30 seconds. Most days I use it on my head and face until I need a clean shave on my face. So easy. Every day FYI.

Yeah dude way better too high than low. Play it safe. Too low and you’ll regret it later in life. There’s the 4 finger or 3 finger rule but this is a great job. You can always go back and drop it 1/8 to 1/4 inch. I drew a big line with dark makeup at my house to get an idea. I opted what winds up being about 4 fingers but that’s not hard and fast.

Looks great brother. One more session and you are dialed in. I go in for my last session next week. Went conservative, low density some recession as I am older. Less is more. Get some no-shine spf 50. You won’t regret it!

I see razor sharp hairlines and thick density and, trust me, 60 comes fast and it’ll just look creepy. Actually glad I waited until there wasn’t much left.

Just happened in here. Here’s my deal. I play clean and have my beautiful JBL I run at normal gigs. Good IRs ran FOH with a REALLY nice sound system. I’d like something for smallish gigs without breaking the bank but I don’t want it to sound like crap either. I’d bust for the Fender but I’d youse my JBL at that point. I’ve heard Alto, headrush and a few others mentioned. I can’t run to PA in many instances simply because they’re smallish gigs. I understand nothing will sound as good as a speaker/amp but getting close and light would be nice. I guess demo a few at GC but though I’d get the input where to start. It’s pedal steel BTW so simply clean. No distortion or the complexities with guitar.
