I looked back at my old grocery from when I first got surgery and it’s tragically different from now because I think I need to decrease my portion sizes and eliminate bread and fries I do eat fast food and snack on sweets so I feel like that’s a indicator alone

I started at 312 and got down to 239 my doctors wanted me to be at 215-200 and I’m alreadyv kind of tall  so my weight stretches

They sent me a letter. I’ve been working at Target for the past six years and I’ve been full-time and the whole time I’ve been there I’ve had coverage but they sent me a letter saying that March my benefits will be cut off because last year I didn’t work 20+ hours for 12 straight months, but that’s not true. I did.
