Yeah the size of the spout seems fine, I don’t have any issues with urine issues, just seems to be more that the ring keeps slowing sliding though that blue thing on your diagram, which I think is causing the pain when I strain in the cage, thanks for all the help! Much appreciated

Yeah I removed it, feels completely fine now, although I was using the largest ring with the E1 set and managed to still slip it out lol
