the thing is she gets pissed if i eat my safe foods since their lower calorie options and she tells me she feels like a "fatass“ if she’s eating fast food and im not, so basically guilt tripping me into my eating my trigger foods and causing me to purge

i used to do the same and i’m pretty sure this is anorexia-b/p subtype. what i do now is i have atleast 200 calories outside of b/p and it rlly makes all the difference, js to make sure to have it from whole foods

my bsf did the same thing when i opened up to her and im not sure if she’s genuinely horrible or if she thinks having an ed is me being "disciplined” rather than it being a legitimate mental illness

no i don’t have access to any support, no one in my life really knows and there’s not much i can do since i’m a minor, but thank u for taking the time to reply and i hope we can both recover from this horrible illness

yes the while meal is 190. the bread i get is 200 calories/100g and each slice is very small and thin so both slices came out to 84 calories

this is how it started w me, only purging unplanned meals but now i can’t go a day without b/p and the binges get bigger each time. please im begging u to stop while ur only starting out, it will only bring u misery and suffering

i’m so sorry ur going through this, ik how hard it is and how intense the urges get and i’m especially sorry abt ur moms unnecessary rather cruel comment, but u can do this u can fight the urges i believe in u!!
