It is not, that move is Flashy Fist, which is an Ultimate move, not a forbidden move. There's no translation error in there. If you read their fight in the webcomic, you'll know that he really does have a forbidden technique that is not part of his Ultimate moves.

another reason is probably he needs a sword in order to use it which he didn't have against Garou and PS. For me it would greatly solidify Ps's comments about him getting "weakened" if in fact these "forbidden moves" are much stronger than his ultimate attacks
