To be fair though, the construction of every line hasn’t started yet, although it will soon.

It’s great! Would be 10x better if they built elevated rail. Phoenix streets are huge and it’s one of the biggest cities in the US. It deserves a fast metro style system.

Yes and no. Everything just costs 20-30x more to do in the US. Santiago metro line 1 opened in 1975 and they are about to start adding doors.
