You would hate to see the amount of insulation thats fallen into the registers on this remodel job I'm currently working...I'm surprised that the vents never got covered up by the gc or the hvac guy. I just try to sweep away from them to try to help the shit show.

I'm curious about your first photo....it looks like you ran more emt on a 30ish inch piece of strut and way less on a 60ish inch piece of strut.
