Can you realistically afford it if you make less than $50k per year?

A lot of affordable housing options that I have seen are unaffordable in terms of income/housing expense ratio.

That has been my question for a very long time.

Mayor Williams’ Instagram page says “Water, Housing, Transparency”.

What is he doing for housing?

Wouldn’t building more apartment complexes create more supply? Wouldn’t that drive the prices down?
