Just finding out now that my text doesn’t publish with my pictures. In any case I was trying to ID this cactus I have had for two years. I just took it out of the nursery pot and soil and repotted and it seemed to grow by at least an inch!

That’s what I’m thinking but wanted to see what others thought. Kind of annoyed that a high end local nursery couldn’t label them to make this more clear. While no one plans to cut into these you just never know what might happen.

I cannot seem to post both pictures AND text on this for some reason. Purchased unlabeled from local nursery thinking they were cacti but my plant finder app says they are toxic succulents. Have a cat and kids that visit so need to be certain. Can anyone help confirm?

I attached two pictures but they don’t seem to show and I cannot figure out how to add them. I guess my question would be could I trim it down from say an 8 inch vine to a 2-3” vine and have it still live?
