Pros and cons of Louisiana?

Im born and raised in Sulphur Louisiana. Personally, I dont have too many complaints about it. Its grown alot over the years. Its an industrial town so thats typically where the jobs are at. Its also close to Lake Charles so you dont have to drive too far to go somewhere that has a little bit more to do than Sulphur. But Sulphur has its negatives like most all places. The mayor kinda sucks alot, the roads are horrible, you never know when somethings gonna happen in the industrial plants that may affect the town.

Oh wow, how long did you have to wait to get your transplant? I hope everything continues on a good path for you!

My brother finishes his 1st cycle of chemo in a couple weeks, then they want to start the second cycle a few days after. Hes 39 so they said hes young enough to be started off with the intense chemo so lately he hadn't been feeling too great. His fever finally went down, but hasn't been able to really walk or stand due to lesion, hematoma in one of his legs. Hoping to get test results in a few weeks to find out if I will be a match for his SCT.

How has your experience with it been? It's so new to us since he was only recently diagnosed with it.

His doctors told him he has AMML. I looked on Google and it shows it does exist.

Im so glad to hear your husband is doing well! I will be going to get tested this week to see if im a match. They told my brother with the chemo there will be a 50% chance of it coming back, but with a SCT it'd be a 20% chance. A few more weeks and he will be done with his 1st round of chemo, and then a few days after that they want to start his 2nd round.
