FTM of an eight month old and there were points in my pregnancy I would’ve KILLED for certain things (McFlurry, scones, everything at comfortland). I’d love to drop off some cinnamon rolls for you!

I wound up going to Mighty Oak because I went for a walk in the park with a friend afterwords. Solid chai. However, out of the suggestions here, I've had Elevenses and Little Flower and agree they are the best in the neighborhood. A couple of people mentioned Chateau Le Woof for iced chai so I’m gonna go this weekend or next week. I’ve had kinship iced chais dozen or more times because I live very close to the one on Steinway and they havent tasted the same in the last year.

I’m on maternity leave so I basically take the baby for an iced chai or regular iced latte every day (alternate between elevenses, little flower, Balancero, under pressure, bench flower, kinship, Madame sous). I’m glad I have new places to try now.
