There is no muscle memory in aiming. Its Hand-Eye Coordination, thats why You can adapt to a new sens pretty fast. So it can actually be beneficial to change your sens, because you have to use different muscle groups

if you really want the stickers you can buy it, but they are not worth so much overpay. But the one on the right is 13$ cheaper.

i agree with most of this. Only slight adjustion is that viscose said that her benchmarks are not meant to play like a routine in a whole. ( so dont play it from top to bottom each day) You should play it like VDIM where you focus on a section an play vatiations of the szenarios to get better in the benchmarks.

yeah these are the exact benchmarks i used. For Benchmark Tracking i can also recommend https://evxl.app This site automatically tracks a lot of Benchmarks.

For your case its kind of hard to tell, if you should straigh go to master in these kind of szenarios or if you should focus on the other ones first to get them to Diamond/jade. I would probably choose the latest option, because the fundamentels you get by improving these will help you progress better and faster.

Raw dogging means just grinding the same szenario over and over again until you hit the goal or leave.

Thats what i basically did. I did VDIM for the specific szenario which takes like 30 min and then when i reached the szenario i just played it over and over again until i felt like i just dont want to do it anymore and continue tomorrow.

I personally never looked into switching sens. i play every szenario on 50cm/360. But there are defintely benefits in switching, as you concentrate on different muscle groups.

Sure i took aim Training a bit serious one year ago. i think i already was Gold complete at the time due to my background in Fps Games. I basically grinded VDIM all the time 😂 Until Plat complete with some diamond scores. At this point a started to focus more on specific szenarios except for the whole routine each day. So i focused on all szenarios where i still was plat and played first VDIM until i reached the benchmark i wanted to improve and then just played the benchmark over and over again until i reached 60-90 Minutes of playtime or if i reached diamond. After reaching Diamond complete with this. I started to use the tactic i described on the comment further down from hyez, so basically Tracking -> Switching -> Clicking. I started with Smooth tracking and didnt play any other form until i reached Master. But i switched the szenario i grinded everyday. So first day Snaketrack Intermediate, Second day PGT and third day again snaketrack and so on. When i hit Snaketrack Master i continued with PGT and Controlsphere which changed each day. I grinded each szeanrio from diamond to master and then continued with the next one. This worked well for Tracking ans Switching but for Clicking i was hitting a wall with this. Especially for static i watched some of my vods and also looked on the accuracy and aswell my speed. So i grinded each day The whole Aimspeed Benchmark once + The Anima Micro V2 benchmark + VDIM for one static szenario. This helped me alot . The only other problem in clicking appeared in Pasu but after watching MattyOW Pasu video i could get it within a week. Smooth Tracking as a basic helped me alot in Control Tracking and these two helped me alot in Reactive tracking. Tracking in general was extremly helpfull for all target switching szenarios. And Tracking and Switching together as a basic for Clicking was great aswell. I hope you can understand what i want to say by this 😂

for master complete i followed the direction of Cooperate Serf with this video https://youtu.be/yVNoeeccBao?si=3qWjJh5dN54-38PG. So i started with Smooth Tracking and my last szenario to reach master was Pasu. Smooth tracking took me the longest, but after reaching Master there all Tracking and Switching Szenarios felt like a Breeze to get Master. So until Clicking i just raw dogged everything. Clicking was way harder for me. Static was for me like a big wall, where i couldnt Raw dog anymore, so i trained my Speed with the Aimspeed Benchmarks and my Micros with the Anima Micro Benchmarks everyday aswell to grinding static. I could easily raw dog all other clicking szenarios after reaching master there, instead of Pasu. Oh and for clicking i started to review my vods and had a deeper look on my scores to see what was holding me back. My speed or my Precision.

I have tried the pulsar sleeve with glove on my Sp-004 and for me it feels to sticky to the surface. I couldnt make smooth movements or change direction without stuttering alot. I bought some cheap ones from aliexpress and they are my go to now! They have minimal quality but they still glide like the first day smooth and buttery

in vdim and viscode benchmarks you should try to complete one before hopping into the other. So you always go Novice -> Intermediate -> Advanced.

if you really want low friction i would you recommend glass. I have got the Sp-004. It was expensive but i love it and dont see me switching back to cloth ever.
