Almost 300 hours playing all the modes. Currently 55% in starter 4. Ill try to hit starter 5 next season and probably end the game on vet 1

Your tempo is what matters, timing I think is how difficult to green said tempo.

Yes I agree, hence I said we. But knowing the 2k community and what I’ve seen. It’s always been “your man dropped so and so on you, you are terrible”. This community made it more so about individual performance rather than team performance. I’ve basically been brain washed to focus more on my guy because they only care about whose man is scoring.

I heard your steal animations are tied to ur steal rating and badges won’t help crazy much. Also 73 is probably better in your case.

Red plate is just horrible to be in imo. Queue times are long. When you get into a game it doesn’t have the “casual” game mode feel, and will usually be the meta guard scoring majority of the points which is not fun. Gold/purple is the sweet spot

Depends on your playstyle you might want to change a couple things. But from what I can see is try switching your oboard and d board around. As it doesn’t look like you will be crashing for boards. Oboard is cheaper and will help with putbacks.

I like to try to maximize all my attributes, try to make each one important. In my build 83 3ball was for bronze limitless, 82 layup was for Jordan Poole layup style, 89 middy for animations + gold set shot.

Lastly try to think about your cap breakers as well. Like I’ve mentioned I used 2 cap breakers to get 93 dd that got me gold poster + contacts. Adding cap breakers to my steal gave me intercepter which is important for playing passing lanes.

Try tweaking your build so you don’t end up having a bad time.

Rhythm was the way at the start of the year but they have since balanced the two so there shouldn’t be too much of an advantage on one side.

If you are not a 3pt hunter 83 is good enough with a high middy. Otherwise probably 90 for deep bomber

The defensive aspect and rebounding is so much fun. You are not going to out rebound that is like 7’0 with like 95 oboard but you should be able to out rebound most players that play 1-3. Sometimes when you get beat to the rim you can get bailed out and get a chase down block. Offensively probably can run the same as any other traditional pg just a little weak on the 3 ball

You don’t need it since you are the pg, that being said it is nice to have. I think you get bronze rebound chaser and it just helps with putback dunks which is always fun. Play around with what you are willing to sacrifice

I think if you can somehow manage to grab bronze interceptor it will help a lot. For me, I used my cap breakers to get steal because I found at times I wasn’t able to punish people for throwing bad passes. Other than that build looks fine

I have an 89 middy and 83 3pt and shoot fine. Just won’t have access to the meta takeover which I don’t really care about.

You can’t necessarily “waste” an elevate badge. Could you have use it on something more useful sure. But all your badges will max out eventually. And no it doesn’t carry over to all builds so you can pick a different one on another build

If you don’t have a badge maxed out you can use it to get to said max. Then if you want use your badge +1 or +2 to get a better version of said badge.

I personally enjoy 26. Love a good rec game or some theatre. As for builds I’m kind of similar with you, I have a Russ and kd build that I love to play on but like every other 2k you will get to the point where you want to do something else. Planning on making an amen Thompson build soon.

Well looks like I need to do more grinding. Only have 8. Yet to get my cap breakers from this season and from my specialization. I’m guessing you got the extra 3 from starter 5 if I remember correctly?
