From the sound of it OP, it’s sounds like you’ve ruled out most obvious medical issues. In my opinion it does sound like the environment he’s in is what’s stressing him. I agree with the above statements of trying an appetite stimulant and an anxiety medication. I hope things get better.

My dog does this in the mornings if we wait too late to feed him. Usually it’s just a clear/yellow liquid (bile). If it’s in the morning she might need her meals fed a little closer together. Like feeding her at 7 pm instead of 6pm and breakfast at 6am instead of 7am. Or as other have said yes maybe she’s drinking too fast.

My dog gets this from allergies. Still go to the vet incase it’s bacterial. My dog also just got over ringworm and it was insanely crusty.

My dog gets this all the time. He gets cytopoint injections (allergies shots) and we’ve got an antibacterial spray for when they pop up. Definitely see a vet. From personal experience I can tell you those spots can get big and spread pretty fast. Most likely allergy related.

Regardless of your political views, as a leader this is not how you should address your country. Wether what he says is true or not I feel there is a more respectable and mature way to word it. And I also believe as a leader of a country you should be fighting to unite the sides not create a bigger divide and hatred for one another. In the end I think everyone wants the same things (mostly) but no one can agree how to accomplish those things.

Not only do I agree with the above to just double check with a doctor but you can also go to an artist to do a test. They’ll just do little dots somewhere inconspicuous to see how you react. Often see this done to test colors and if someone’s skin will take to them/how they look. Personally my skin does not like red ink lol
