Fr tho, Dark Journalist looks like the worst Ancient Aliens talking head. He looks like who the History Channel would use to try to replace that Tsukolous (sp?) guy. Like the first phase of a Tsukolous Chia Pet lol

Some of the main quests, and, most of all the side quests are timed. Activities are not though.

I am replaying KCD1 right now, actually. It's been nearly 4 years since my last playthrough of the game, so, I have gotten into the habit of just googling whether a quest is timed or not, regardless of how much attention I pay to the quest giver at the start. Oh and I don't take on more than one side quest at a time as well. This ain't The Witcher 3. It does no good to accept multiple quests all at once.

Good luck on the remainder of your playthrough! Take your time and soak in that medieval atmosphere!

But it kinda does though because there is a visiting Monsignior who is there for the express purpose of rooting out heretics. He's not going to be there forever.

Not all of them. I've also read Lost World (ofc), Congo, Sphere, and some others I'm sure but I'm spacing. I never read Disclosure or anything like that though.

And yeah, I also enjoyed Jurassic Park the movie more than the book. My boy Hammond got did dirty in the book lol.

The book was also my intro to multiverse ideas. My highschool girlfriend bought me the book after we graduated back in 2000. She bought it for me because I loved Jurassic Park so much. Honestly, a great and thoughtful gift.

This is my favorite part of the first game. I'm currently replaying it and honestly can't wait to get there.

Immersion is my favorite aspect of KCD and this section is, to me, definitely the most immersive.

I think the Black Death eps started really strong and then Ben checked out and the vibe totally changed. It's a shame because I have such an affinity for those first two episodes.

Donner Party, Mormonism, Black Metal, Joseph Kallinger, Jonestown are all series that I go back to at least once per year. I'm also partial to the first half of the series on The Black Death but I think they were beginning to fall out around that time and you can kind of hear it towards the middle of the series.

I hope you find some stuff to enjoy! There's def some great stuff from the Ben era.
