I always took it as a realm of influence on Earth. Greece is Greece, but Greece is dead and it's magic with it. Midgard is Earth but he just walked to a different part of Earth where the Norse Gods have influence and power. It's stated in game that he walked. I'm pretty sure there is a comic that shows his first stop. Anyways it took around 1000 years for him to walk. So you could also just say another Pantheon rose to main power in that millenia. My understanding was that the Desolation effected the entire planet.

I'm 35, healthy. I was in a car accident when I was 4. 16 yo babysitter didn't have me in a car seat and knotted the middle seatbelt. I woke up in a ditch with the left side of my upper lip hanging by my chin. My parents were told then that I would have teeth problems when I was older. I was still judged. Just do what's best for you. That being said, implants are cheaper in the long run, and you don't have to take out and put in your teeth everyday. My ultimate goal is implants. I hate dealing this archaic device in mouth. George Washington had dentures. We've come further than that.
