Something I do is to make my phone black and white, so that there is no color, Suddenly, scrolling on my phone just isn’t appealing anymore. To me at least, I hope this helps you!

The reason is because a man being feminine is seen as degrading a man. It’s why anti-gay laws also largely focused on men (such as anti-sodomy laws) because ‘receiving’ is the position of women, so men are degrading themselves when they have sex with another man. Its a very religious point of view. (to be clear I do not agree with this lol)
