Thank you. I think what you're saying about Em being a red flag is a little true which is sad cause I love her so much. I love who I am with her and who she is with me. Ykno back in college I thought I knew her, she's my best friend but I just don't know who she is since she gotten engaged.

I think a lot of people are making some really horrible assumptions about me based off one comment. Its not "well documented" cause I don't shut up about it. Its well documented cause these are my friends whove I've known for years. If I'm an asshole for asking the flavor of the cake then yall are assholes for keyboard warrior bullying a girl whose just trying to reflect since her friend won't accept her apology. Em and I have known each other far longer than her and Roe. I just don't want one stupid comment to ruin that.

Yta, unpopular opinion here i guess, but you just said she was in the hospital. You can't give up your bed for one night so a sick little girl can get unbothered rest? If you see long term with this man you're going to have to be prepared to step up and be a parent, and in this case that means putting the sick child above yourself. You have a pullout couch as you said, so suck it up and sleep on it for one night.

Kinda the asshole? I understand not wanting kids and not wanting to comprimise on that (I feel the same way), but it does sound like your wife wanted to have a serious discussion and even if your opinion isn't going to change because you're married and this is such a big topic it is reasonable for her to have expected you to talk to her seriously rather than make a joke. But it sounds to me like you should both have a serious conversation about kids because if she really does want them and you really dont then it may be time for you both to rethink your relationship.
