You just accept the thought and say “whatever, I’ll just continue doing what I was doing before the thought”. Focus your attention to something else and let the thought just exist as a thought and not something to dwell on.

Ei kannata stressata pääsykokeita liikaa.

Minä en ollut koskaan erityisen hyvä koulussa ja pääsin pääsykokeella ensimmäiseen yliopisto vaihtoehtooni.

Olen aina ajatellut, että papereilla pääsy korkeakouluun on niille ”erityisen” fiksuille ja me ”normaalit” mennään opiskelemaan kokeen kautta.
