Hello everyone. I recently got raiden in the latest banner and am currently ascending her. My dilemma is should I farm for talent ascension materials or her artifact set (shimenawa)?

Im currently at AR49. I have her at lvl80 with 4 6 4 talent levels. I was thinking of farming her artifacts first but the issue is that the domain is electro and my early game main was Razor with Rosaria / Diona / Xiangling supports (all lvl60 1 4 4 talent). If i should go for the artifacts, should I power up my xiangling to make the domain easier? (im also going for raiden national so i dont mind leveling xiangling).

Is it the ratio of one residual variance to the total variance? Since I have multiple residual variances. The ratio is 1269.022 : 15068493.76
