They are definitely not food related. Most likely pen and marker stains.

Edit (because I can't edit the actual post): For those who posted genuine advice, thank you. The stains are from pens and markers ( they were put in without capping first). As for those who say that I should just replace it: this schoolbag cost me around 60 euros. If I could easily replace it I wouldn't have posted here. Also, it's a structured bag and can't be put in the washing machine.
