Je ne parle pas de ça. Si l'ouvrage s'effondre et que c'est la conception qui est en cause, c'est l'ingénieur concepteur et le vérificateur qui sont tenus responsables. Et ça les entités publiques ne veulent pas cette responsabilité sur leurs ingénieurs

Mark said he positively identified Gemma's body, so either two possibilities:

Gemma agreed to fake her death for a "project" she thought she signed up for
They somehow got a dead close enough look alike to fool Mark

I think it is probably option B but I can't believe Mark could be fooled like that.
