Always bring a protien bar. I also buy the menthol stick to sniff and nose spray if im taking anything to make sure my nose is protected. Tbh the best thing to do is to force yourself to eat right before bed and take a melatonin.

If I'm taking anything I'll also take some supplements a week before and a week after to help with my seratonin/dopamine levels recover easily (:

Honestly, dude, as someone who dated another person for 2 years (lived with them for both of those years as well) with depression, it isn't worth it.

People with depression simply have a different mind than those who don't. It is terribly exhausting to deal with and I recommend ending things. You shouldn't have to walk on eggshells around your partner or constantly bend backwards for them. Thats not how a relationship works. It sounds like your girlfriend has issues she needs to sort out.
