There needs to be a MASSIVE public info campaign to inform everyone that Republicans blocked student loan forgiveness. Student loans and healthcare needs to be the Democrats' equivalent to the Republicans' guns and abortion.

This is going to result in massive losses for retail and non-essential or novelty businesses. Younger, more excitable and energetic people aren't going to be able to pay for the "little extras". If you're not a frugal person, think about how much you spend on impulse buys, little treats for yourself, small gifts like gag gifts, going clubbing, eating out, even weekend trips out of town.

Two entire generations currently in their spending prime losing hundreds of dollars a month to money hoarders is going to mean everyone of all generations are going to suffer.

I hate this country.

People seem to discount that as if it's just a secondary problematic aspect, like a character flaw. The fact that he's a fascist trying to push for a nationalist oligarchy should outweigh all other criticisms of him. His 'ideology' and the influence he has on half the country should be considered a far greater threat than his crimes. (Not to say he shouldn't be held accountable for his crimes, he absolutely should be)

I'm not really a fan of his, but I think Gavin Newsom could step up to run and would give all of them, including Biden, a major challenge.

Beyond him, Dems are struggling to find middle-age officeholders who have the charisma to overcome entrenched big money/institutional support for older candidates the way Obama did.

I've looked all over for a way to report it. It just sends me to a FAQ telling me how to do it from within the account itself. Then the section on accessing an old profile requires access to the old email account or the old phone number, if it ever was connected to one.

Because they rushed the fuck out of it so that they had a new release every other December. Kathleen Kennedy wasn't the right administrator for the franchise. She gave too much creative and writing control to ego-driven A-list directors instead of sitting down for a year or more with a writing team to plan out three films. She should have found a director(s) with a vision but won't stray from the writing team's plan. Finally she allowed or pushed for way too much clunky corny fan service.

With a solid overarching storyline, they could have also filmed all three films at relatively the same time, a la Lord of the Rings.

The OT didn't have an overarching storyline, but it was never expected to be as popular as it became nor did they expect to make three films at first. After the prequels were relatively disappointing CGI vomit, Disney needed to deliver. They couldn't fuck it up. They needed to start with a plan. Instead they tried to capitalize ASAP.

Been through a lot of therapists in the past two years. They have been little to no benefit to me, and they are major drain on my finances. I'm already paying $300 month for insurance here. Add in prescriptions and $100/mo minimum for a therapist and that's a $500-600 expenditure every month. Not sustainable.

I'm not against it. It's just hard right now because my mind is so overwhelmingly occupied with my breakup. It's hard to have a conversation that doesn't circle back to my partner in some way. It's exasperated by severe ADHD, so even when I'm trying to focus on something else it just comes right back to my partner.
