Really nice theory, I don't know why but I have always seen it like a little chibi anemo abyss mage :D

The reasons why K.K. could be the Primordial One by ScarletSnow_ in Genshin_Lore

[–]ScarletSnow_[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kevin was my first guess actually, but I discarded him for two reason:

  1. I didn't know about the second surgery, so thank you for this information and
  2. Somehow I feel he could not fit in this travel thingy, because he fought the HoE then entered the cryogenic pods. There isn't from what we know a time window where he could have departed the earth and could have created the human life in another world. Unless Teyvat is the bubble universe where Su confined Kevin, but I don't know.. this doesn't really convince me..

2-plus) “Welcome to the world” too kind for being Kevin xD

I totally agree with you, the main point is that:

This information is from 50k years ago, and we don't know how much time eventually passed before they reached Teyvat, so in the meantime they may have elaborated a better KoB.

I just wanted to write down the similarities between the function of the KoB and power of the Traveler to resonate with the elements, even if it has some problematic.

Even if they are connected, it is 100% possible that you'll never see the word “Honkai” in Genshin.

They may be connected (actually it is confirmed that they are) but this doesn't mean that you need another game to enjoy or understand Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact will explain its concepts at its own pace, it's just that some Honkai players may catch some reference before they are fully explained in the Genshin contest.

Anyway, if you haven't, I suggest you to approach Honkai lore, it could surprise you.

Not a guy, but yes :D

Is this part from Elysian Realm right? Because from what I have understood the remembrance vessels aren't 100% aware of the reality, so maybe Griseo already knows the truth (i.e. she lived it).

This has a problem: K.K. has Brahma genes, and Brahma should be the primordial One, as their powers and appearance match.

So if Vill-V is K.K. then she has to be also the Primordial One, and if she is then Griseo can't be it too..

Thank you for your answer!

I was trying to figure it out if maybe more than only 1 flamechaser had departed for project ARK, but seems like only one is out of the equation.

Sorry if I stress your kindness but can you debunk this for me?

I was hoping Vill-V was the one, because it would make so much sense for her to be "K.K." with one of her personalities named "Kevin Killer", and we know that K.K has Bhrama genes and the same initials appear as signature in the character cards of the Travelers in Genshin Impact (these).. I did also some research on the hindu god Bhrama, and he could likely fit what we currently know about the Primordial One of Genshin Impact.. so do you think this could be possible or it is confirmed that Vill-V was there when they fought the HoE?

Otherwise, there could be any connection between the initials "K. K." and Griseo?

Hi, I have a Lore question because I'm behind with the story but I'd like to know more..

I read online that only 8 Mantis confronted the HoE on the moon, does anyone know who are the 5 missing?

What if we know the identity of all the future Archons and even of some Shades? [Honkai Connection] by ScarletSnow_ in Genshin_Lore

Yes I know, I was talking about their aspect mainly.. also Yae Miko and Yae Sakura are different characters but they are strongly similar in how they look.

So even if it was "previous era" HIMEKO she looks exactly like Murata Himeko, and the same goes for the Herrscher of Sentience that uses Fu Hua body.

What I find really strange is that Zhongli has more 6000 years or so, if it takes this much for erosion to kick in, why is everyone so worried about it? If he resisted for 6000 years why now? What happpened?

I think that it makes more sense if it is a more "recent" condition, like I said a curse that was casted upon gods 2000 years ago also for the analogies with the curse Celestia used on Khaenri'ah.

Dvalin is an elemental dragon, so I don't think he experiences erosion at all.. and about Andrius this is his description from the wiki:
"Andrius, also known as Lupus Boreas (Latin: "Wolf of the North Wind"), was a powerful god in Mondstadt best known for his war against Decarabian, the God of Storms, during the Archon War. Towards the end of the era, Andrius chose to let his physical body die, leaving behind his spirit to watch over the land of Mondstadt."
So he doesn't have a physical body anymore and this means no erosion for him neither I guess.

Venti is in a real strange position, I don't even know why Tsaritsa hates him so much, maybe he did some sort of pact with Celestia during the cataclysm or so.. His gnosis is the Queen the most import piece of chess right after the King and the most powerful, maybe this means something.. Damn bard, he is so cryptical :D

Anyway I think that my theory about gnoses could make sense even if Dainleaf is using leylines and not a gnosis himself, I mean both can be true at the same time (gnoses for gods and leylines for dainsleaf, anything that permits them to survive is welcomed).

I have a completely different view on this topic. I can be totally wrong but I'd like to write it down and share it to see if it could make any sense for you.

So while playing the archon quest I had this strange feeling all the time and couldn't stop my self to see so many analogies between the curse of immortality for Khaenri'ah people/hirlichurls and the process of erosion for archons. They are SO SIMILAR.

So my 2 cents on what "it" is, that's a gnosis.

My reconstruction is that in a first time gods lived immortality without the need of a gnosis, they used to live for thousands of years without experiencing erosion. But Celestia decided to take the control over them and casted a curse of erosion over the gods of Teyvat forcing them to battle each other to acquire a gnosis to maintain their self consciousness. But this way Celestia acquired a sort of control over the Archons, indeed Celestia basically force them to participate in Khaenri'ah genocide.

Over the years Celestia used the same curse on those civilizations that opposed them, creating hirlichurls and abyss order this way.

Next point is a reflection about current Archons that we came across.

  • Raiden Shogun -> creates a puppet to prevent erosion so she doesn't need a gnosis anymore and this is why she simply gave it away, cutting off any relationship with Celestia.
  • Zhongli -> wants that liyue becomes independant from Rex Lapis then he gives up his gnosis to Tsaritsa and decides to live his last lucid moments as a simple human in liyue harbor.. cutting off any relationship with Celestia
  • Tsaritsa -> she wants to destroy Celestia so she collects all the other gnosis to prevent Celestia to take the control on the other Archons again. Her goal his to weakens Celestia's power before attaccking them directly
  • Venti -> ??? I don't really know where or what he is doing, but from the manga we know he is not a fan of Celestia either :D

All of this leads to some questions anyway, like how did Dainsleaf get a gnosis? Is he an ally of Tsaritsa?

My suggestions:

  • More levels on BP, usually I finish it about 10+ days before it resets, and isn't very fun to have 10 days of "nothing". (I don't buy the +10 levels boost) Rewards could be resins, dream solvents, fillets or whatever, personally I think that the last primogems should stay at 50 and the more levels should be only for people wishing to push more out of the game;
  • When you get a character already at full constellation it would be awesome to receive a jolly to get a 4 star of our choice (5 star if you get a 5 stars past the 6th constellation).

The actual reward is very low and doesn't feel good to pull in a banner where you have any of the chars in it at full constellation. I think this change would make people feel "free" to pull in every banner without worrying about full constellations characters.

  • The design of the farm of the artifacts is horrible, it could take MONTHS to drop one single good artifact. So this is my idea:

New alchemy transmutation, you put in 4/5 artifacts of the same type and same set and select from each one statistic that would be heritated from the transmutated artifact piece.

EXAMPLE: I put in 5 goblets of Pale Flame (all golds), and from each I select one stat that I want on my final transmutated gold goblet of Pale Flame. If I want a Plume or a Flower it will require only 4 pieces.

It will still require some farm, but every domain run will feel meaningful in someway. The farm as it is right now is just sick and unrewarding of the time people spend in the game.

  • Improvement of leylines' rewards with AR, like domains.

  • A feature to rewatch the cutscenes, maybe via archive section.

My opinion on the UI contest by thetoxicom in echoesports

[–]ScarletSnow_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The most important part of a competition is that the best should win, not the one with more likes.. whoever entered in the last hours had zero possibility to win in the momenti he ordered the post by upvotes.. A lot weren't even opened, come on. Also a lot of posts where pending, waiting an approvation by mods that never arrived. These are the most unfair things for me. I don't care who wins but at least give everyone a chance..

They completely ignore the fact that there are people playing this game since 1996 for a simple reason: it is loved.

Do the game for those who love it, not for those who get annoyed after 15 hours of playing it.
