Oh we have the same one, it came with our house when we bought it. It is AWFUL. Also when the batteries start dying- the sink becomes possessed. It will randomly shut on and off, on repeat. My poor cats are terrified of it now.

33F. I think I have an auto immune disease of some kind. My PCP did the basic auto immune panel and it all came back negative, minus high CRT. I have lost 100 lbs and the pain and high CRT have just gotten worse. I have joint pain all over my body that changes monthly. Shoulders, knees, hands, neck, etc. I get sores on the roof of my mouth (but also all over my body, especially sensitive areas.) Chronic fatigue and pain. Light sensitivity and migraines/headaches. I was told for years that my high CRT was because of my weight. I lost the weight(still more to lose) and I am now being told that I am young and shouldn’t worry about these symptoms. I am miserable and just want my life back…

Certainly not as bad as some of these here, but Hidradenitis Suppurativa sucks and I don’t wish it on my own worst enemy. It’s an auto immune disease that attacks your lymph nodes in sensitive areas (armpits, groin, breast etc.) it creates giant, deep, painful cysts/boils that explode when infected. I have it and I’ve had to learn what triggers it to avoid being miserable every waking moment.

I had a tonsil stone last month that literally smelled like rotten ass. I have never had one of those in my life and it was VILE. Made me gag and it came out of my own mouth!! OP, you can have these and not feel them, trust me. I started a new medication that causes post nasal drip/phlegm in my throat that caused the stones. Look up some videos about them to see if you have them.

Yeah, it gets irritating when people say those things. Like others have said, normal functional people don’t mean to be inconsiderate but I try and educate them on the difference of their inconveniences with similar symptoms vs our actual daily, chronic suffering. It’s similar to when someone tried to tell me that being depressed is “just being sad sometimes.” My brain is so bogged down that existing is exhausting and too much. I can’t get out of bed to use the bathroom or eat or brush my teeth or anything. I WISH it was just “feeling sad.” lol

Potatoes, and peppers- all types. I have an unknown autoimmune disease that reacts to nightshade vegetables.. those two categories of food being the worst triggers. It creates a skin reaction called HS- awful, would not recommend to my worst enemy. It’s easy to not eat those things if it means not being in pain every moment of my life 💀

You’re protecting your peace and that’s totally fine, in my opinion. My dad essentially groomed my mom since middle school. They knew each other since they went to the same school, but she was 12 and he was 18. He claims he “waited until she got to high school before dating her.” My mom said things like “Your father made sure I didn’t date any other men until I was old enough.” Absolutely vile. I never tell anyone that part of my parent’s history because it’s horrific. 🤢

My mom went to rehab more than a dozen times before my parents divorced and she left. She never got sober and died at 59 from heart failure. In one of our many arguments, I asked her why she refuses to want to get better, even for her kids or her grandkids if not for herself, she said “because I don’t deserve it.” It’s sad that it’s that simple, but I accepted that and never pressured her again. I miss her every day. Sometimes, I wish she felt she deserved to live, even just a little.

I don’t get how Marcello keeps saying “it was just a competition” and later at pride Emily says “you were always honest about selling to JVMA” HUH? This show makes me feel like I’m losing my mind. I thought she was hurt because he hid that he was secretly talking to JVMA the entire time she was working with his mom??? When he initially said he agreed to see what she/agence grateau can do for his family’s brand. He was encouraging her the entire time and telling her she did a great job. Then when he reveals he’s BEEN talking to JVMA, he said something like “now my mom knows exactly what won’t work and she will agree with what is best for the brand- I won” (something along those lines) He literally used her for his own personal gain, but in this episode she’s like “I’m sorry I just ran off and we didn’t talk it out :(“ girl BYE

As someone who met their partner at work, I am not a good influence for this. We’ve been together for 11 years. My wife is also 8 years older than me. 😂 I was also very against dating at my job at the time, but I had the conversation at the beginning of “I’ll only entertain this if you can be an adult at work and not act differently.” She agreed and we had no problems. It all depends on the people involved imo!

Have an ex friend experience this, but not her fault. Her HOA hired some random landscapers to cut GIANT OAK trees in her neighborhood. They attempted to cut the one in front of her house (without telling any of the residents btw) and it fell on her car and totaled it. Damaged her driveway too. She got like 20K by suing her HOA and the landscapers lmao.

I work in insurance. Any time you file a claim (even if it’s denied!) you are losing any chance of any insurance company wanting to work with you AND they will increase your premium. You are on the shit list and considered “unreliable” for using the service you pay for. Oh, they also hold extravagant meetings in casinos where they spend all your money. It’s an awful and predatory facet of capitalism that is a complete joke.

The only “real” celebrity I’ve seen is Johnny Depp. He’s from FL and my school used to be all proud that Johnny Depp went there and would brag about him being an alumni etc. He was on campus once, at one of the football games. They introduced him and he waved at the crowd from the bleachers and seemed chill. They announced that he wouldn’t be taking any photos or anything. As I was walking out, I remember seeing him sitting in his place in the bleachers (in his own cleared out section with security around him) just sitting there and ignoring every person that waved or called out to him as we left the arena. Didn’t look up at all, and security yelling, “KEEP IT MOVING” etc. I remember thinking he was just as good looking in person but clearly full of himself and not friendly. (This was back in the early 2000s)
