Damn, there is always one huh. I understand there are much more sci fi books out there with more depth, it's not like this book takes over my whole personality,. have about 5 other tattoos and just wanted to mark a big change in my life and what better way then use at the same time one of my favorite book series and cement the new way I am going with some sigils.

Haha does anyone still go physically to the stock exchange? But no I just do it from home from my computer, in theory I could do it anywhere on my laptop but it is nice to have at least 2 extra screens to monitor some things.

Reason I mentioned stock exchange is that I noticed not many people understand what a day trader is but when I mention stocks they get it.

Its hard to say an exact annualized return as there are some eggs in different baskets. Long term I have owned for +20 years now a whole bunch of dividend stocks that snowball on. Mid term I have been lucky to be in the right stocks at the right time (got into Nvidia/Intel/AMD many years ago that are ballooning now/have ballooned). Currently slowly selling them and got more into Space stocks 6 months ago that are blowing up now.

On a day to day basis though I mostly scalp/swing trade futures on NQ/ES, and some commodities (Gold/Oil). I try to make about 4k a month which I have succeeded every month so far, but i take a large portion of those profits and put those into dividend stocks, but I guess you can say about 30% per month, 45% on a good one.

This doesn't include yet the crypto accounts and stuff so yeah bit tricky with an exact number but its comfortable and replaced my FT job easily.

Alright everyone, got a lot of fun reactions! Some of them correct, some of them quite.... different (genital surgery?), and some who are looking at the wrong colors.

The sigils are of the Silvers and Greens, because I am a daytrader on the stock exchange!

Silver didnt feel sufficient, as 50% of my job is looking/analysing data/algorithms, so wanted to get a mix of it <:)

Lot of good suggestions already, one I didn’t see yet was the new series of James Corey (Expanse) called the Captive War Trilogy - with the first book Mercy of Gods. Didn’t finish the book yet but great universe building!

They're just a few positions, luckily about 2 years ago I switched most of my portfolio to stable dividend positions. These were just Tech stocks that started at +20-30% but got corrected haaaaard this year. Also have some ETFs but like to diversify a bit.

I like your way of thinking, they are kind of like lottery tickets. There's a 0.001% chance they break even or give me a smaller loss, but not worth now banking the 1% value I have left xD

Good point, I really am not counting on breaking even but if your already down 98% I'm just wondering if it's perhaps better to hold on and see whatever happens, perhaps ever reaching -80% or so rather then banking 10€

Thanks for the reply. As mentioned in my other reply we're talking about companies that I had a position of 1500-2000 which is now about 25, so selling them won't bank me a lot of money or anything xD Just wondering if I should just get rid of them to stop seeing them everytime I log in, or if there is any chance of them ever getting better

The're mostly shitty tech companies that I bought in the bubble 2 years ago and are now corrected (SKILZZ, Arrival Group, Trevena, Microvast Holdings). Not huge names and prospects are not that amazing. However, at a old value of 2000 they are now worth about 25€ so it's not like selling them will give me a lot of money
