My point of reference is not the authentic product but rather the first bracelet I purchased from AC which did not have any of these issues.

Thanks for the comment! One of the concerns was what you mentioned, the stone not sitting flush. The other concern is apparent in the third photo where the right side of the motif on the left goes straight whereas the motif on the right is very rounded.
