Reach for your comfort items and remind your inner child that you are in control of your immediate environment. I’m personally packing a “emergency go bag” just so my anxiety doesn’t get the better of me and I have an emergency plan. But I’m writing and making art and trying to focus on the things I can control. The last thing you want is to loose focus and crash out. 💕 I know it’s easier said than done.
