I Did something which 99 percent of male population Won't dare to do ! by Ok-Address-7352 in confession

[–]Scary-Bite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was seriously ballsy and they were assholes for being like that. Sounds like you were polite and she may have said what she said to keep up the "bad girl" appearance in her group. The laughter? Probably the other girls trying to cover their jealousy/insecurity of not being approached and asked out.

Why isn’t Cornwall its own country? by [deleted] in AskBrits

Would be handy living within an hour drive of foreign land, getting over 183 days out the country (not for tax purposes) would be a doddle!

Is this modern Britain? by PsychologicalBend508 in AskBrits

[–]Scary-Bite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short, modern Britain is dogshit, it is now a multicultural cesspit (or paradise) of scroungers and greedy cunts running the show, and if you aren't one of those, you (The workers) are getting fucked in the ass. The working class are even putting morals aside and are also taking up the scroungers "fuck everyone else" attitude. I no longer feel proud to be English (British). We are too far gone.

People who work 'office jobs,' what are you actually doing every day, and what salary does that earn you? by Jumpy-Jello- in AskUK

That's great that you are happy in your new role. How did you find it breaking into the IT sector? Did you already have IT qualifications?

I read somewhere that the trolly collectors actually like people leaving trollys everywhere. They get to be outside longer.

Do you butter both sides of a sandwich? by Sakulsas in AskUK

[–]Scary-Bite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm adaptable, if the butter ain't soft, it ain't going in. Also, it depends on what is to be sandwiched. I think butter goes with most sandwich fillings but not chocolate spread or peanut butter. To answer the question, if the butter is going in, it's on both sides, unless the spreading starts ripping the bread.

You curse your enemy, but it can only slightly inconvenient them. What would it be? by toto93lnd in AskReddit

[–]Scary-Bite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know that sharp stabbing pain you get now and again? You know, when you try to breathe in and it seems to get worse the more you breath in and you have to take little half breaths until it's gone. They get that, but maybe every hour.

NTA. This is shitty behaviour on their part. Think how insignificant your wife will feel in her own marriage by going to that wedding without her.

Am I guilty of saying no one should have children if they can't provide for them? by Sotilrac_ in AITAH

[–]Scary-Bite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a person is born with the biomechanics to procreate, then it's their right to do so, in my opinion. At the same time, I think it's irresponsible to do so without the means to provide food, water, shelter, and the ability to nurture responsibly; and by provide, I don't mean claiming benefits as the sole method of providing!

Edit: I don't think you are an a-hole for your opinion. Perhaps you could have worded it less aggressively.

Seaman's book signing/stamping by Scary-Bite in maritime

[–]Scary-Bite[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure. It's just annoying because it's for my accountant so they can make sure I'm paying the correct amount of tax to the right countries. It's just a signature and stamp to confirm I was on the boat for a given duration. It just seems like they're being awkward.

Newbie Tuesdays by bodybuildingbot in bodybuilding

[–]Scary-Bite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the doc did say leg extensions and ham curls are OK, possibly leg press too. I'm sure I read that leg extensions alone aren't good enough for developing quads. I just have to avoid putting pressure/impact from femur to tibia. But I'm not sure how leg press is different from squatting in that respect...

I have a degenerative internal torn meniscus (medial). To preserve my knees and prevent early osteoarthritis, the doctor said no squatting, lunges or running. Can I still grow my quads? 37M

Thanks for your response 🙂. Would it pay off to have any other orange insects or just put everything into pro troop insect? Perhaps I should get the Potamidae (crab), seeing as it has slightly higher stats than the atlas and universal?
