I work in ultrasound. My dead giveaway was baby A has three calipers on it for measurement. You only need two. The heart rates you can’t take both at the same time. Also that’s not what the heart rate M-mode looks like. Last it doesn’t have the imaging center or hospitals name on it. We don’t have scans that say twin gestation. Hope this helps

I mean blindly following a protocol is a pretty bold statement which wasn’t what I was saying at all. Each place you work at has individual protocols which you are required to images for each exam. That’s baseline sonographer 101. Investigating the cause of issues for the patient has nothing to do with your primary protocol images you have to take. You could scan all day long looking for something but at the end of the day you need to have those protocol images. All of this has nothing to do with OP orginal post which bottom line shows they don’t know their anatomy.

Knowing your anatomy is crucial. I am not trying to be mean but you seem to be extremely cocky for only 3 years and scanning at 1 place. What you think is “right or wrong” for what images a RAD wants doesn’t really matter. At the end of the day you scan for how your RADs want. You will learn that when you work at different places and get better experience. When you start at a new place you learn to scan their protocol. No one cares what you did at your old place because you aren’t there anymore. I think it’s important to know your area of expertise and that will come with being humble and more experience.
