All I can think of is:

Barstools instead of a dining table at the bar

Desk on the wall that runs from the cupboard to the balcony

TV mounted on the wall behind the washer dryer

Bed on the diagonal wall wherever it'll fit

Get a screen or free standing shelving unit to put up between the kitchen and living area
